"I have been with State Farm for a few years now. They insure my car and my family’s travel trailer. I called this morning to inquire about renter’s insurance. Brison was my agent and was so very helpful. He helped adjust my current policies to save money, got me discounts for bundling, and I even added my husband’s truck! You will be very happy with your switch to State Farm and using this agency."

"Everyone in this office has very kind and professional behaviors. However, I had a charge on my bill toward the middle of 2023 for additional charges due on 2 vehicles they say. Total came out to around $100. The statement says the charges are from June 2021! What! Is it even legal to add charges from two years prior? No one will give me a clear answer on how this could happen and why I'm responsible. In addition, one of my cars had comprehensive insurance added. I never requested this. Very concerning. No explanation.They say they will call you back, and they never do. I am not one that tries to complain, but this is just not ok. I am a business owner, and I would never treat a customer like this. I deserve a credit for these extra charges. Disappointing."
